Who wants to run an AI product? 🙋♂️ I'm looking for someone interested in taking over HolyCow. HolyCow started off as a fun experiment to experiment with generative AI with a few friends. Since we thought the result was pretty cool, we launched it for real. I made a single TikTok video to promote it which got us to 200 users and a pretty interesting conversion rate. Now we have talked to users and have a backlog of feature requests that would make it 10x better. However, both I and my partners are running other startups and have no time to keep this going, so we'd love to see someone who can give this tool the love it deserves to make it go big 🚀 Want to have a chat about it? This is a really compelling company that differentiates itself around three key components. ✅ Team pedigree with credible history: This group brings a unique blend of technical AI talent (Google Research and Magic Leap) with creative talent (Disney and Zynga), with an established history working in the GenAI space. ✅ Full-stack AI model: They are building AI techniques and infrastructure to create new consumer experiences possible only using their own tech. ✅ New category opportunity: This is a new medium that allows anyone to craft AI agents with Lego-like building blocks and introduce a new category of social experiences. We are pumped to be along for this journey - massive congrats to everyone involved!

I'm wrapping up an 8+ month experience working with a tremendous YC-backed startup Spinach.io here's what I learned at a high level: Rapid Testing + Rapid Iteration. Everything we did was about learning as fast as possible. 1. My second PLG play at the seed stage - I got to help build out a high-converting PLG pipeline - unlocking data points to focus on the most likely to convert accounts - creating a capping experience to increase conversion 2. Bleeding Edge Product - Spinach is on the bleeding edge of what companies are doing with AI Agents and augmenting the workforce with their AI Project Manager - Understanding how organizations are buying AI tools was enlightening as it's so new and many organizations don't even have AI internal policies yet. 3. Building out Sales-Led motion - Developing a hard ROI calculator with prospects was monumental to understanding the business case and helping them be comfortable making the purchases. - Taking the lead on pilots and POCs. Most organizations have never evaluated an AI tool before and need to be led through a successful POC. Super grateful for my time at Spinach.io, thank you Matan Talmi, Yoav Grossman, Josh Willis and of course Karin Sharon for an amazing experience. Keep riding that rocketship!

31st May 2024. Almost half year gone. And we're so excited for the next few months with what we're building at Dolphin AI. It's funny how running a startup is usually completely the opposite of the general advice given by people (both in and out of the industry) who haven't actually built something from 0. I keep seeing that what actually works, is doing that counterintuitive thing, rather than following the obvious path most take. Is no different with our own journey with Charlie! I can say that what works so far is focusing on the only 2 things that matter today: Customers and Product. I just love it when we get the same feature requests from multiple users, and they become true partners in the development of our product! I'll say it again: Customers and Product. 🤝

Why did Ken Cato and I start this new venture? I always wanted to build something that can help and push others forward. Listening and chatting to people, there was a key problem that stood out. How do I use new technology and AI? My next question would be, what is your system or flow? This is where the challenge began. It's hard to adapt a one-size-fits-all solution to different systems and get great results. Over the recent years, I’ve met many talented individuals. They are uncertain about AI and its implications. Most are not tech-focused but still want to get used to AI. We realized this was a major problem now. What will it be like in the years to come? Our key audience needed help first. We wanted to build something that lasts. It should adapt to current changes. We’re focusing on systems, not just AI models. One key aspect is making it human-centric. This ensures the system is easy to use. It becomes much better with AI. The Problem We’re Solving In today's fast-paced world, many struggle with too many choices. They face unclear tech paths and the challenge of learning new technologies. Our new venture aims to simplify these complexities. The Challenges We’re Addressing: ↳Too Many Choices: The overwhelming array of available technologies can paralyze decision making. ↳Unclear Tech Paths: Many companies and individuals lack a clear roadmap for integrating AI and robotics into their workflows. ↳Difficulty in Learning and Using New Technologies: Despite advancements, many still find it challenging to learn and grow with new tech.
