As many of our recent graduates get ready to transfer, 25 new City Colleges alumni have received $5,000 scholarships from CME Group to do just that. Mayor Brandon Johnson, Alderman Walter Burnett, Jr., City Colleges, and CME Group recently celebrated the hardworking Star Scholars who have received the CME Group Star Partnership Mayoral Scholarship. These students received their associate degrees at no cost from City Colleges due to their strong GPAs in high school and now plan to transfer to one of our four-year Star Scholar partners to obtain their bachelor’s degrees. https://lnkd.in/gABnsk7w
