Why Field Engineers are not CEO material ❌ When I was a Field Engineer, I thought I was hot 💩. Who wouldn't when they upgrade from $0.10 Ramen packets to man camp chicken fried steak!? 🐔 Fresh out of school, us field engineers would conspire about how we would run the company. "How hard can it be to sit in an office and make random decisions" we use to say. It was a classic case of "you don't know what you don't know." 😂 We weren't taught the value of wisdom in college. Even if we had the knowledge (we didn't), any CEO would have run circles around a couple of engineers whos skills included data entry, making coffee in a frac van and taking air quality samples. 🖥 ☕ 💨 Lesson learned, you get further eating 💩 than talking 💩. #oilfield #oilfieldservices #hydraulicfracturing #oilfieldjobs

🔍Discover our secrets… 🕵️♂️ Discover the secrets of #SECOWARWICK specialists; meet Corey Henry, Field Service Technician in Meadville Pa, USA. 📅 Length of employment in the company: 1 year. 🎯 The aim of my work is: To help the customer out with anything they may need. Fix what is wrong with the furnace or installation. 💼My biggest professional challenge so far is: Learning programming. 🧠The biggest lesson I’ve learned from my job: Not to stress out about how big a task is, but to take it 1 step at a time. 🔧In my opinion, to find oneself in this role, one should be/need to like…: ✔ Good at communicating and troubleshooting, ✔ Good at communicating with coworkers and our customers as well as troubleshooting issues with a furnace remotely or hands on in person. #WorkLike #TogetherWeGainAdvantages
