Two new restaurants, El Tiempo Cantina and Soy Cowboy, are now open in Arlington’s Entertainment District. El Tiempo Cantina, a Houston-based Tex Mex restaurant, is located on the west side of Choctaw Stadium. Just across the street from El Tiempo, the Loews Arlington Hotel and Convention Center’s signature restaurant, Soy Cowboy, opened to the public on June 27: https://bit.ly/3La0hxn

Sneak peak of May's FSR cover! I got to interview Jon Taffer about what he thinks is wrong in the casual dining space nowadays and how he's trying to fix it with Taffer's Tavern (using his learnings from Bar Rescue, of course). This is the issue we'll bring to the National Restaurant Association Show, so make sure to stop by booth #5309 to pick up a copy and say hi!
