Jennifer W. gave a brilliant keynote speech on how feminine archetypes are best suited to lead the commodities industry at this critical time. As the climate crisis intensifies, perhaps the traditionally valued "masculine resources" need to be complemented by a more collaborative and creative approach - strengths often associated with feminine leadership. Every crisis presents an opportunity. It's time we seize it.
