In my time as a leader, I’ve had the privilege of hiring many people into Fidelity from other firms. I’ve heard them say time and again that they wished they’d found Fidelity earlier in their careers. I count myself fortunate to have started here 10 days out of college and never left. As I celebrate 20 years today with this amazing firm, I am both grateful and proud. I am grateful for the person who hired me, and for the many great friends, mentors and leaders who I’ve been surrounded by. I am proud to have been given the opportunity to hire, coach, and lead others. I am proud of the impact I’ve had on the organization based on how those talented people are serving our clients each and every day. Most of all, I am so very grateful to have met my wife here, and to have built a life with her supported by my career at Fidelity. Excited to embark on decade #3!
