I was very impressed by the professionalism and dedication of our Global Quality team. The improvements already implemented are remarkable and a testament to their hard work and commitment. It's evident that the culture of Excellence in Quality is deeply embedded within the organization, driving us forward and ensuring we maintain the highest standards in everything we do. I had the chance of living in the US for 3 years until 2021. An unforgettable experience with lots of great memories. One key experience was to work very closely with an incredible group of talented former colleagues at Amgen, among them Mike Edmondson being the leader of the Diversity & Inclusion ABEN (Amgen Black Employee Network) group. It truly opened my eyes. 3 years of unforgettable moments. Today, recognizing Juneteenth in support of my U.S colleagues at LEO Pharma is extremely important for me in our pursuit of an inclusive, diverse, and socially responsible workplace. I stand in solidarity with our U.S. colleagues, and on this important day, support the commemoration of African American heritage and pay tribute to the relentless pursuit for freedom and recognition. It matters and it makes a difference!

Closing Q1 2024 being very proud of the LEO Pharma team and their achievements, which demonstrate our dedication to the millions of people whose lives are affected by skin conditions. Our revenues continued their upward trend from last year and resulted in DKK +3bn in the first three months of 2024, an increase of 13% at constant currencies, and our dermatology portfolio grew 16%. Growing LEO Pharma means helping more patients! During this quarter we also made significant progress in our innovation model. We acquired a late-stage asset to the treatment of congenital ichthyosis, a group of rare and debilitating skin diseases without FDA-approved treatment. We have also taken important steps in our efforts to make a difference for people living with chronic hand eczema. Thank you amazing LEO Pharma colleagues. Onwards into Q2 and beyond.

Tragic to see an iconic building of Copenhagen disappearing in flames today. What seemed eternal for the last 400 years has now gone. Let’s find the energy to rebuild it !

This year, the LEO Pharma Team has a very strong presence at the American Academy of Dermatology Congress. Proud of the work done days after days by the team to make significant steps forward in our innovation strategy. Sharing our progress with the broader dermatology community is why we are here in San Diego. Yesterday was a very special day and we took a picture on our booth as we celebrated International Women Day. I am very thankful to all our female colleagues who strive to build a better, more diverse and stronger company.

Today, we announced our 2023 annual results, showing 10% (CER) revenues growth and achieving a positive EBITDA of 5% for the first time in three years. 2023 was a milestone year for LEO Pharma, we delivered on our promises : - to sustain growth momentum - to return to operating profit - to accelerate innovation - to strengthen the culture A big thank you to the LEO Pharma team for your hard work and unwavering focus on making a fundamental difference for patients. Closing a very intense week in Japan, where I started my career in the pharmaceutical industry more than 34 years ago. Always inspired and energized to come "back" to Japan where I lived and worked 7 years. This week, I had the chance to engage in a dialogue with health care providers, to be close to the broad LEO Pharma K.K team in Japan and to strengthen our innovation bridge with Japan. I want to extend my gratitude to Kris Sisneros for your leadership and shaping a strong team & culture, Remy Fujinami for a perfectly organized week, and the entire LEO Pharma K.K. team for your drive in making a fundamental difference for patients.
