Wrapping up fourteen years at LinkedIn, appreciative of all the awesome colleagues, customers and members that I worked with in the UK and Canada throughout this incredible journey. Thank you to Diana Luu for the kind send-off and for welcoming me so warmly when I first arrived in 🇨🇦

Fourteen years; that’s two lucky 7️⃣s! (That’s 🇺🇸 wrestler math; better double check it against HRH 🇬🇧 maths) You're a legend, Chris, just like that softball team in the early days of LTS UK (LCS, then LHS ⌛). Working alongside you from that initial EMEA team of 5 was an honour. We were thrilled to add twice as many people as our 77 Oxford sweatbox could hold 📈. Quick snapshot: Charlotte or Gresse Street office, end of year; I think you were new in management; we were with Richard Ward negotiating via Polycom speakerphone with Jon Tait of TA at bp at the time. It was going to be our biggest UK/EMEA deal yet, and to cut the tension a bit, I took down our closest-to-the-pin (CTTP) guesses about the final contract value. Jon, just for the record, my 10-year-old son Micah Burgess was in the room with us at the time, and he read your phone voice precisely, besting all of us with his CTTP almost exactly to the £💷. There are hundreds of memories just as vivid and I 👏 and 🙏 you for the transformation, integrity, collaboration, humour and results 😁. Your first MVP award speech was one of the most inspiring and real life displays of grit, passion, and the power of a dream. Hat tip, my friend.

Good luck Chris. What’s the plan? Are you coming home?

What a run Chris Brown! Did we onboard together at Stierlin Court in Jan 2010? MLK Day, even? 14 years is remarkable.

Congrats Chris! First ever contact at LI!!! You coming home??

Brownie, congrats on a great run at LI and thank you for your constant support of the Wellness program and the example you always set for people. You were hugely instrumental in helping the program grow globally, from the first InShape class at HQ in 2011 to helping us get started in London and beyond! You da man! My only regret is that I couldn’t convert you to a New York Rangers fan 😁

CB! What an incredible run. You transformed the lives of so many at LinkedIn - myself very much included. I still often apply the lessons I learnt with you in my career now. I look forward to following your continued journey. It would be great to catch up if/when you're visiting your old stomping grounds. All the best CB and huge congrats!

Chris - how lucky was I to get to work for you for a meaningful portion of my career?! I’ll never forget the things I learned from you and the fun times we shared, from offsites to Zoom calls in the thick of the pandemic. You have been such a memorable, significant part of my LinkedIn experience. Congrats on your next play 💕
