🌟 Meet Rachael Toon, our Supervisor II of Client Operations! 🌟 Let's learn more about Rachael in our latest #EmployeeSplotlight Q&A! Q: What does your job entail? A: I have been with MCS for 13 years. I started on the inspections teams then found my way to violations, post-sale and now client services. Q: Describe one of your favorite work memories. A: Some of my favorite memories at MCS have been company events and service opportunities. Q: What energizes you when you are at work? A: The people. I work with an amazing team and throughout the day we encourage each other. (Also, Celius energy drinks. 🙂) Q: How has MCS changed since you joined the company? A: The company has changed in a way where there is engagement from all levels of management. From CEO to APC - we all talk and interact with each other. It feels more united, like a family. Q: What is one item on your bucket list? A: One thing that I would love to do is take a road trip to see all the national parks. I went on a week-long trip with a friend in high school to see a few of the parks, from Yellowstone all the way to Glacier National Park. Since that trip, I have wanted to see them all.

I am so excited to announce the newest addition to our consulting firm: Faith Marshall! Her official title is Executive Assistant (but her unofficial title is Operational Ninja… 🥷) I can’t wait for you to get to work with her! Here is a bit more from Faith: Hi, my name is Faith Marshall! I’m a creative individual always seeking fresh challenges and opportunities to foster both personal and professional growth. Whether it's delving into a new interest, acquiring new skills, or buying a new house plant, (and having no clue how to take care of it) I thrive on learning new things! I also have a big interest in the people around me, and I believe I possess a natural knack for being observant, asking purposeful questions, and having the ability to forge meaningful connections with the people I’m blessed to know. I’m very excited to have the opportunity to work with Michael Wolsten and his team. I look forward to embarking on this new journey of helping serve our clients in 2024!
