I’ve seen more layoffs than I care to admit. Those resulting from acquisitions are particularly painful because awesome people are let go for nothing more than having the wrong job title. One of these people is John Morrow. He’s a true security leader which any team would be lucky to have. In fact he is more concerned with helping our fellow teammates than himself. This is not surprising because the default setting of a real leader is to put others before themselves.
