I am willing to sacrifice a bad picture if I get to attend sessions with such a concentration of interview prep wealth! 11/10 would do it again. My favorite pointers from the session: 1. Draw the letter 'F' on your resume; the horizontal bars hold the key to getting accepted in 6 seconds; 'Skills' section should be as high as it can go with 'Work Experience' 2. 11pt font size is the gold standard 3. Search skills, not titles, on LinkedIn 4. Don't try to optimize your resume for more than 3-5 domains; it is hard to upskill accordingly. 5. No objectives/summaries in resume 6. "Don't start working for a Summer body in Summer" 7. Certifications don't matter as much as they are given credit 8. Build a 'why' for projects through business-use cases and show acumen for real-world scenarios
