I made a mistake and someone sarcastically said "𝐈𝐬𝐤𝐨 𝐭𝐨 𝐆𝐨𝐥𝐝𝐞𝐧 𝐀𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐡𝐢𝐲𝐞" Well, I didn't get the Golden Award but LinkedIn does award me with the Golden Line 💡 "𝐓𝐨𝐩 𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐕𝐨𝐢𝐜𝐞". Earlier in my career, we had a 'Tech hiring Drive' at one of our clients since the client was quite big along with me few other colleagues were also working for the same requirements. While preparing for the weekend drive, we needed to create a candidate pipeline. During this process, I made a few errors, and I overheard someone sarcastically remark, "This person deserves a Golden Award." Since It was too early in my career I didn't react to it rather I took it as a challenge and things changed after that one incident: ⚡I started pushing myself, ⚡Paying More Attention to Details, ⚡Started reading more blogs ⚡Started exploring 'what's possible in the world of #recruitment. ⚡Minimize the risk of losing the client.
