We are grateful to all St. Charles caregivers for pulling together to turn St. Charles around over the past 18 months. And, we did so in the face of the most difficult post-pandemic, sector-wide financial challenges. Most not-for-profit healthcare organizations continue to maintain a precarious balance between delivering on their mission and the long term financial sustainability underpinning that mission. St. Charles is no different. But we are not standing still. There is much more work to do and St. Charles caregivers are stepping up everyday to deliver high quality care to Central Oregonians.
