Just returned from Australia, where I spent time with our team in Sydney and connected with leaders from across our APAC/Japan offices. Absolutely LOVED the entrepreneurial grit and passion of everyone in the region. We have a large and diversified business in Oz and beyond, and in so many ways, DocuSign is just getting started. It was also a good reminder that collaborating in person – especially across physical distance – leads to far better outcomes, more empathy, and good energy. And trust takes on a whole new meaning when you’re climbing the Sydney Harbour Bridge with your fearless team, 440 feet up in the air! Along with my daughters Diya and Shreya, I was honored to have shared a transformative MLK weekend volunteering alongside Martin Luther King III and his family.  It was the experience of a lifetime, and it gave me the opportunity to learn more about Realizing the Dream.
