Exciting development. 👏 If you would like to keep to your word and your costings, then please ensure you and your city study the rampant debt crisis example shown by Carmel Indiana and learn how NOT to do TIF that blows out and leaves the tax payers of Chattanooga several hundred millions of dollars in debt by the end of the construction.
