Story of #ModularVapingTechnology Chapter 2 👇👇👇
Story of AIIR's #ModularVapingTechnology . Chapter 2: Technical Challenges and Solutions. Challenge with Traditional Batteries: Traditional cylindrical e-cigarette batteries have electrodes set at the upper and lower ends, complicating the structure and making modularization difficult. Challenge with Air Sensors: Air sensors typically have three wires that need to be welded to different components, making modular technology almost impossible to achieve. Solution for Batteries: Transform the battery into one with positive and negative electrodes on the same side, distributed in concentric circles. This simplifies the circuit setup to one side and includes built-in short-circuit protection. Solution for Air Sensors: Transform wired air sensors into integrated circuit boards using MEMS technology, which is smaller and can withstand high temperatures during the SMT process. Printed circuit boards replace traditional wires, integrating all components onto a small board connected to the improved battery through spring electrodes. Integration and Safety: Integration of MEMS and wires on a circuit board using advanced SMT technology ensures high production efficiency and safer, more reliable quality. Achievement: Successfully realized the modular transformation of the battery and air sensor, achieving a modular structure for the electronic cigarette. 👇👇👇 #ModularVape #Innovation #ModularVaping #Sustainability #QuitSmoking #Environment #Innovation #AIIR #VAPE #ECIG #EcoFriendlyVape #EcoFriendlyEcig #SustainableVape #SustainableEcig #DisposableBan
