I'm pleased today to announce our new operating model, focused on: ❤️ Customer centricity ❤️ Improved employee engagement and fulfillment ❤️ Future-ready operations ❤️ Organic growth The new structure is comprised of global functions and three commercial regions: Americas (including LATAM); EMEA and APAC (including India). We are creating a single product organization, a single technology organization and a single marketing organization…all to align strategy, delivery and enablement for our customers and commercial teams. Finally, the corporate functions will also consolidate as global functions to create standards and efficiencies while delivering expert support to their internal customers. Share stats and facts that show how you've grown, such as: helped x clients/customers, welcomed x new team members, opened a new location, moved to a bigger office, launched a new partnership, etc. 2️⃣ Look back on some of the intangibles, like awards or nominations, successful events, client wins, client parties, new or improved anniversaries, or big projects. 3️⃣ Get personal. Sharing personal news allows your audience to connect with you on a whole new level—it humanizes your business. Give them the opportunity to relate to you and get to know you more than they already do.

The new person then attaches to the team’s culture quickly. Here’s the truth. All teams go on inner journeys together: yes, they are focussed on performance and results, but they know they can’t have either without unequivocal trust and support. To do this, they prioritize meeting each other’s needs. Great teams make progress, and suffer setbacks too, but they ultimately evolve in really positive ways because each person is seen and heard often, and each is reliably getting their needs met (and some wants too) by the others on the team.
