BREAKING: we just published insights from our second-annual Dealership Transformation Index (DTI), which provides a snapshot of the relevance of the traditional dealership model to today’s car buyers. While the overall DTI score remained stable year over year, we’ve identified important shifts in auto-buyer perceptions in two of the DTI’s three subcategories. This Mental Health Awareness Month, we're taking a look into the current state of mental well-being in America. According to our recent survey, while 42% of Americans express concern about their mental health, only a small percentage – 12% – regularly see a mental health professional for support. In order to address this gap and meet the unique mental health needs of all populations, we're continuing to expand in-person and virtual mental health services in select CVS MinuteClinic locations across the U.S. We're also working across all health care, wellness, and retail touchpoints to meet the evolving needs and support the total well-being of our communities.
