After 26 years as CEO, we are excited about the change. I assembled kits on weekends when I was 7, 8, and 9, worked summers and after school as a teenager, sold in the mid-’80s in Miami, and have been so fortunate. I can’t thank our employees, customers, and family enough. Jim and Jim will do great! I will be spending time with MBB Capital Partners in the Fall.

After leading Medline for more than 26 years, Charlie Mills, Andy Mills and Jim Abrams will be retiring from their current roles and will continue to serve the company on its Board of Directors. Medline is proud to announce Jim Boyle has been named the company’s next CEO and Jim Pigott its next President & COO. With nearly 60 years combined experience within the organization, Jim Boyle and Jim Pigott have been instrumental to Medline’s success and we are thrilled to have them lead the organization forward – continuing to ensure the best for Medline, our customers and our employees.
