Three weeks into this year’s #BCorpMonth, we’re reflecting on why being a B Corp is important every month of the year. At Cube Group, our #BCorp certification is a badge we wear with pride. It’s an external indicator of the core values that make us who we are – a purpose-driven consultancy with a strong vision for a better future. Our decision to become a B Corp in 2017 was a natural extension of our foundational reason for being—to make a meaningful difference in the community. One of the ways we live the B Corp values and strive towards positive change is by embracing curiosity. This means listening intently, learning about the challenges our clients face, asking questions, and exploring options and possibilities. We think deeply about the sectors we operate in, the services we offer, and the projects we work on. Our approach is grounded in the belief that – through curiosity – every challenge presents an opportunity for growth and innovation. During B Corp Month each year, we take time to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and look forward to the paths of improvement and innovation that lie ahead. But we don’t just celebrate our own certification; we amplify a movement of organisations using business as a force for good. #BCorpMonth2024 is an opportunity to reflect on the power of collective action and the impact of aligning business practices with the greater good. We’re excited to continue our journey - driven by curiosity, guided by our commitment to positive impact, and strengthened by the accountability and values of the B Corp certification.
