Isnt it just a digital unit trust? There is no extra value created, its purely a digital division albiet secure and transparent. Moving an asset onto to register and tokenising it just cuts the pie up into finer slices. The asset itself has not changed.
It is bigger and Jumbo Blockchain's native token the fraction of real world digital assets which is our IPs. It is one of its kind across the globe. we are live and are opening the private round for the same. Please visit our website for fair understanding. Sachin Kumar
What im curious about is the following example: Lets say that property rights are tokenized, what would occur if joe schmoe lost access to his wallet containing those rights, but wanted to sell his property, would he be able unable to do so? What if he died and his next of kin wanted to inherit the property? While I am all for tokenization of assets, I see a conflicting narrative in terms of real world issues that can occur and I dont hear or see a clear answer as to how it would be resolved. Especially if part of the value proposition of Crypto projects is for fixed asset supply, how would the retokenization of an asset assigned to a previously lost token be delt with?

We already use a tokenized asset here in America ….the US dollar
We agree :)
It’s inevitable. All assets will be tokenized
I think one or two big banks can eventually flip that if they push very hard. But we need more upstarts with Web3 native spirits too in the RWA space, like us :)
