Did you know 90% of Fortune 500 companies have Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), yet only approx. 5% of companies compensate for their ERG Leads? I hope you all had a fantastic Holi celebration! What lessons can we draw from Holi, festival of colors, and how can we incorporate these teachings into our workplace culture? Here we go with our learning - Holi and corporate jobs can be correlated through themes of teamwork, inclusivity, and celebration. Just as people come together to celebrate Holi, employees in corporate settings can collaborate across departments, celebrate achievements, and foster a sense of unity. Additionally, the spirit of letting go of past grievances during Holi can translate to forgiveness and moving forward positively in workplace relationships. Overall, both emphasize the importance of harmony, teamwork, and a positive work culture.
