We are pleased to share that the CFA Institute Research and Policy Center has published this insightful research study on gender and promotion rates in Australian financial services, authored by Cassandra Crowe, CFA GAICD and Dr Laura Ryan PhD. This significant research highlights factors that have led to the under-representation of women in high ranks of the financial services industry, with findings on the gap in promotions, with women less likely to receive unsolicited promotions than men.
