The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate, commercial, and corporate governance matters. Additionally, they are seeking an individual with substantial experience in strategic transactions (partnerships, joint ventures, restructurings, etc.). Must have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting transaction documents. The Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to private and public companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Salary to 400K + Equity + Bonus.
