Having recently successfully concluded campaigns for two Senior hires within the Water industry, I was chatting to the Director on the phone and he said: "I'm delighted to have filled the gaps in my team, but I'm going to miss our regular phone calls! 🔍 For the first time in 6 months, we have scope to take on new searches. 🔎 The last couple of years has been quite the ride 🎢 - Investment Directors - Engineering Directors - Operations Directors - Discipline Heads (ECI, HV, Mechanical, Projects etc) - Commercial leaders - etc All searches we have executed for happy clients across various areas of the energy space. Then 2 months ago - I got sick. More so than I've ever been before. It was quite the shock to the system, but has given me the opportunity to reflect on everything we have done, and exactly why I love the work we do. Lead multiple types of analysis both in support of broad strategic plans as well as analysis on an ad hoc basis. Regional managers, district, managers, and Sales reps in any industry. If you’re tired of working for people that hide everything from you and you are just making them rich. Please stop doing that and come work for us. Solar Reps Can you sell below $2 ppw? Can you make money at $2.30 ppw? Can you make a lot at $3 ppw? If the answer to the questions above are NO we should talk..... And If you HAVE to sell above $3.50 ppw . Also have the opportunity sell low income customers, a.k.a. R2 and still make commission no more leaving money on the table. Everyone plays. Baselines above $2 are caused by 3 things Inefficiency within the operation teams. Redundancy in leadership positions that offer little to no value. Greed by the owners & leaders to make sure they make money before the rep can earn a commission. Stop being forced to overcharge customers just to make a commission. Earn what your worth while earning equity in the company. DM me ASAP
