It's all about making the food ecosystem more efficient! At cellva, we've developed a way to produce pork fat without harming animals🐷. We created a biobank of cells to produce healthier ingredients with just a tiny tissue sample and in a faster way! So, how does it work? We ensure that the animals don't suffer during the sampling process: we start by collecting a tiny tissue sample from an animal to ensure that the whole process is free from pain and suffering. Selective Cultivation: from this sample, we select the highest-potential cells🔬, which have not been touched by antibiotics, to ensure that they are as pure and high-quality as possible. Biobank Integration 🧫 : these high-quality cells are stored in our biobank for safekeeping. Once we've stored them, we can forget about the animal for future samples! We cultivate these cells with advanced bioreactors into fully developed, high-quality, antibiotic-free, and environmentally friendly fats.
