By now, you may have reflected on the year that has been - what went well in 2023 and what didn't go quite as planned. If you haven't already, make sure you take the time to do so - it is a crucial process to go through. Once you have reflected on 2023, divert your focus to goal setting for 2024. Ask yourself questions like: What do I want to achieve in 2024? What do I want our organisation/team to achieve in the next 3, 6, 12 months? Where can I improve in 2024 to avoid the mistakes of 2023? What actions/steps do I need to achieve these goals? How can I measure my success towards these goals?
