Another MBA module completed this weekend (minus the assignment). I'm not usually one who loves giving a presentation but getting the opportunity to do it in front of a friendly audience whilst still being quizzed by challenging questions is infinitely helpful to feel more comfortable speaking on new topics and is (hopefully) a learning experience for us all! Getting to explore Padella's operational capacity management plan with a focus on their virtual app queuing system ultimately showed that operationally, profit isn't everything in managing capacity, sometimes quality is key. #mba #wbs #padella #presentationskills #operationsmanagement #businessschool

One month ago, I embarked on a journey that left many wondering, "Why?" Why move to Bangalore, leave everything behind, and enroll in a college that few had heard of before? Why not opt for a more conventional path to a traditional business school? To be honest, I didn't have all the answers to these questions then. What I did have was a strong intuition and an unwavering belief in Mesa School of Business’s vision. Today, as I reflect on this one-month milestone, I can confidently say that taking that leap of faith was one of the best decisions I've made. The experiences I've gained in this short span have been transformative, both personally and professionally. - Living away from home has taught me independence and the importance of adapting to a new environment.  - Sleepless nights have become my companions, reminding me that growth often happens outside our comfort zones.  - Learning from accomplished CXOs has been an incredible privilege, offering insights that textbooks can't provide.   - "Build, Break, Learn, Repeat" has become my mantra. It's a testament to the innovative and entrepreneurial spirit that Mesa instills in its students. It's true; that we can't always predict the future, but sometimes, it's essential to follow our intuition and embrace the road less traveled. Mesa School of Business has not only broadened my horizons but also given me a unique perspective on education and personal growth. Sometimes, the most extraordinary journeys start with a belief in a vision, a leap of faith, and a passion for the unconventional. I'm excited to see where the next one year will take me in this incredible journey. 🚀
