How do you know if the person you hired is the right person? How did I achieve results, with hardly any experience? It's because I had the opportunity to reel it in. Personality with a gift to adjust to the position given.
My first job is an Italian ice booth called Rita's, I manage to have a few customers that seek me out each week and asked me to choose a combination for them. Yet, I don't just make it. I would ask the customers if they into sour or sweet, they like chocolate more than vanilla? I took advantage of employees are able to sample every flavor. In order to create a fun engaging experience, to be heard and taken care of my specialty.
My 2nd job at Six Flags Great Adventure as a game hostess. I manage to have continuous rewards of free lunch, gift cards, and free admission to our pricy attractions; Dare Devil Free Fall and Eruption. That was because I would evaluate each booth I am at and grab the toy I have that makes my booth different. Pretty much talked and engaged with the toy as if it was my best friend, joked about how my pet fish is better than the ones you get from the county fair; flushing isn't required because they can't die. The sales in that booth increased 110% in one week.((which was difficult for the last booth at the end of a closed corner towards superman ultimate flight))
There's thousands of people who worked for Six Flags, and I was the first year rookie that got invited to be invited to the Golden Carousel rewards, as a nominee for Most Valuable Team Member!
When I get older it didn't stopped, I would be rookie of the year in the Exchange Services. I managed to open a lot of credit cards accounts open for Banana Republic. Everywhere I go I would have a good connection with my customers and learn everything accordingly, especially on the field. Still gained the title Fastest Learner for the Dollar General district to where I opened and closed over half of the district without complications, rewarded overtime as a store manager.
Pretty sure the Pest Control Registration was a swift challenge. Most of what I learned was mainly on the field training and little cross-references in the hand guide.
But overall, all I needed was a job opportunity to do so.
