Back in April, hundreds of Caterpillar’s employees from across Europe attended the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) conference in Munich, Germany. As a corporate sponsor of the event, Caterpillar supported the opportunity for attendees to learn more about strategic leadership and how to develop their careers. As one attendee reflected: “It was great to get to know many of my Caterpillar colleagues better, and inspiring to connect with so many talented and passionate female engineers. It’s vital that women have the opportunity to see representation in technical and management leadership positions, and for our own leaders to be accessible and human." And this kind of support makes all of Caterpillar — as well as our #CatPowered engines — better. Check out these photos from the event!
