Dear Connections, It's that time of the year when our students are ready to be back at campus after successfully completing their summer internships! This internship helps them gain new skills, get practical exposure on their learnings and gain professional experience while pursuing the course. A Learning Curve That Transforms:   During my internship, I initially faced a learning curve while working directly at the plant. However, as I became immersed in and gained hands-on experience in the intricate workings of the facility, this experience turned out to be the most enriching aspect of my journey.   Throughout this time, my mentors played a pivotal role in shaping my approach. I worked on developing effective stakeholder collaboration and transforming abstract concepts into tangible, real-world solutions.
