Hiring manager: We need a head of HR badly, there's so many things we need done on the people side of the business. Hiring manager: We need to replace our head of sales and most of the sales team, so at least 10 people in Q1, so that's a priority, our consultant told us that we aren't compliant with a lot of our policies so probably need a full audit of our handbook and policies, we have a potential lawsuit from a manager that got handsy with an employee at our company retreat this summer so we need to do a proper investigation, our culture needs improvement, I am not sure about our retention rate. I could go on... Candidate: So it seems like there's quite a bit to work on here, is there budget for any recruiters? Can I hire some HRBP's? Hiring manager: We had to downsize the department in Q4 to meet our EBIDTA targets.
