Kiind has been a pillar of support for WA families raising children with disability for almost 40 years. Over those years, we have provided over 6,500 families with free practical assistance, emotional support, connections to other families, and help in finding appropriate services and support at all points of transition. We're looking for a passionate Peer Navigator to join Kiind's growing team! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for families with children who may be inpatients, or outpatients visiting the Perth Children's Hospital (PCH) for clinical appointments, as well as other health professionals to provide holistic care to families.
