Well, another year is now upon us. And with 2023 behind us, is it really behind us. What do I mean by this? If you are a business owner and your bookkeeping and account is not up to date and ready for your tax accountant; what is stopping you from getting everything up to date? We specialize in deep clean-ups of companies' financials --> When making important "life" decisions, Why is it people will do extensive search for the right attorney, or the right doctor? Why isn't the same extensive research not done to find the right accountant and/or bookkeeper. We have been contacted by several businesses who are 1 or 2 years behind in getting their bookkeeping and accounting up to date. In fact some do not have their 2022 nor their 2023 transactions in their QB yet. They call and want to get it all caught up..... They do not consider it will take several weeks to verify the transactions recorded in their QB files and what is outstanding from their bank statements and what transactions are outstanding in their QB register. Some companies think it will take only 1 week to bring a whole year of financials with 1 bank account and 3 credit cards. I do not know if this would be one of my Sci-Fi books or not... 1 year that would take 365 days normally into 7 days. Give us a call 561-351-0664 or email us carolann@cpbbookkeeping.com Our passion is about you and your company.

I help UK businesses with their Taxes & Bookkeeping | Experienced Accountant & CEO | 100% Positive Feedback & Reviews
This is the best time for you to invest in a bookkeeper!👇🏼 Over 6 years it's taken me to get to where I am now, and I remember when I first started learning accounting it took me a bit of time to get my head around! There’s no denying that it can be super confusing😵💫 So for someone like yourself with no accounting background it can be difficult to try & do your BK yourself! You really don’t want to be making mistakes but maybe you just cant afford a bookkeeper yet… So here’s exactly what I’d do! First things first I’d do what I CAN do… so registering as a sole trader on hmrc for starters & opening a business bank account! Then after that I’d continue to grow my business & then as soon as I could afford £25 a month for a bookkeeper then I would get some help… See once you start earning money from your business it goes to a new legal level, as you’re going to have to start calculating taxes & in preparation for your tax return! So this is when things are more serious now! You CANNOT be making mistakes at this stage & you need to stay on top of things! This is why my prices are the way that they are though, accountants charging minimum £75 a month is a joke for small businesses Working with me means you can get your BK & taxes up to date without it costing you an arm & leg & my packages offer way more too! You can get on with growing your business, knowing exactly how much tax your due to pay & never have to worry about making any mistakes again… Oh and if you do have a query? All my packages offer 24/5 contact support so you can get an answer for your question🫡 Click the link in my bio to book a free call with me now & lets talk about how I can help you & your business https://lnkd.in/ekdtx2BB #bookkeeping #bookkeepingtips #bookkeepingforsmallbusinesses #bookkeepingservice #bookkeepingpro

Bookkeeping is an important part of a business, so don’t neglect it or you’ll certainly pay for it later. While many small business owners do it, let me tell you that “Business is not a do-it-yourself endeavor”. It pays to seek assistance as soon as you encounter troubles with your books. Making mistakes in categorizing bank transactions and charges may have a great impact on the presentation of your financial statement which may lead to wrong decisions, overspending, or worst incurrence of penalties and charges. Making mistakes while performing your own bookkeeping can be a waste of time and money. Hence, in order to avoid such, the greatest approach is for you to hire a professional bookkeeper/accountant. Aside from ensuring that your books are organized and accurate, you’ll also save money from unnecessary expenses and unacceptable penalties and charges. In addition to that, you’ll also get extra time to do more important things that may lead to higher revenue and profit. Need help? We are bookkeepers and we help business owners like you. Surprises happen, but when they do they often have a negative impact on your business. Year end sucks... but what sucks more is digging up receipts, searching for payment details and answering questions about transactions that happened 10 months ago. Your bookkeeper isn't simply responsible for recording transactions. They're responsible for maintaining the day to day accounting systems your business relies on making sure that ALL transactions are recorded each month and financial statements are available and accurate. When they do an Amazing job at minimizing surprises is it any wonder they would become your Forever Bookkeeper? Eliminate Surprises! Find your Forever Bookkeeper! Today I want to talk about how not all bookkeepers are equal. A new client came to me needing help with his QuickBooks, and we both soon found out by looking through his QBO account that the previous bookkeeper he had contracted out, and whom he had to let go of, made a big mess of his account. I am talking contractors set up as bank accounts, expense accounts set up as asset accounts, high negative liability accounts, balances in accounts that should be $0, and so on and so forth. Just because someone owns a business and says that they know what they are doing, does not mean that they actually do. This is why frequently going through your account, pulling up reports, and looking for sure signs that your current bookkeeper isn’t maintaining your books like they are suppose to, is so important. Things to look for: 1. High amount in Undeposited Funds. 2. Balance in Opening Balance Equity account. 3. Credit Cards set up as banks. 4. Balances in Uncategorized Expense and Uncategorized Income accounts. These are simply a few things to keep an eye on, and if you have some or all of the above it might just be time to get a new bookkeeper. #bookkeeper #bookkeeping #bookkeepingtips #quickbooksonline #quickbooks #smallbiz #smallbusiness #smallbusinessbookkeeping
