When you explain your process, do you focus on "phases" or do you guide them by focusing on questions that lead to accomplishing goals? Does that sound esoteric? The importance of questions can't be underestimated. This is a very thoughtful list of ways to formulate good questions.

Asking questions is my go-to strategy to get everyone on board and engaged. As Carl said, exploring the possibilities can lead to positive progress and new attitudes.
