Excited to share my latest mobile app developed using #Flutter in my spare time! 🚗💨 As a passionate track driving enthusiast, I encountered a real-world challenge and addressed it with my app. In high-performance driving scenarios, maintaining focus on both the driving line and the ICE engine's maximum revolutions per minute is hard. Traditionally, addressing this involves installing a "Shift Light" device, indicating when the engine is approaching its maximum power through blinking lights. However, this often requires costly modifications to the vehicle. In contrast, my app offers a cost-effective solution. It's completely free to download and requires only an ELM327-chip-based BT 4.0 (Bluetooth Low Energy) OBD2 dongle. Installation and removal take just a few minutes in any OBD2-compliant car, without the need for expensive modifications. 📲 Currently available on the Apple App Store, the app not only streamlines driver attention for RPM tracking but also opens the door to future features like an automatic lap timer and a current gear indicator.
