Having witnessed this space closely restaurants typically operates around 35% margins. Now for the end customer this is loosing proposition because 1-in order to balance out either food quality is compromised by restaurants 2-unsustainable- shutdown the business 3-prices gets hiked on aggregators platforms by whopping 30-50% The game changer for the aggregators will be 1- transparency and demarcation of premium sevice (in pricing and breakdown) 2-begin restaurant led discounts and not other way round. 3- Food costs just the same on all online and offline platforms. 4- score restaurants based on the health affinity and not customer reviews. https://lnkd.in/dBNqaZzt
