Stephen Kalina and his southeast service team are excited to announce that Elvin Notley is joining Carestream as a Field Engineer in Pensacola, FL. In his new role, Elvin will be responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and upgrades to our X-ray equipment in hospitals and imaging centers in the Pensacola area. Elvin brings over 20 years of experience with field projects across various industries, making him a valuable addition to our team. His extensive background and expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment. Please join us in welcoming Elvin to Carestream. 🏁 Start 🛑 Stop 👍🏼 Continue system as a rep and leader. 📽️ Also a great retrieval technique in fishing. Video shows how using start, stop and continue catches a monster fish. Using this over the years has proven to be an effective way to run one on ones and territories. Why? ✔️ Simple ✔️ Repeatable ✔️ Holds people accountable. Can’t phone it in though. Like anything over time you can get complacent with it and just fill the blanks without thinking or being strategic. Here is what an effective SSC looks like as a rep. Start - learn the Lapidus procedure inside and out. (Develop a specific plan to do this. Could be read specific studies, talk to surgeons doing them, etc. Set a date to have it done by) Stop - visiting offices to hang out. Continue - Working through the VAC process at Baptist and Mercy. What are the next steps? (Mark Copeland is the expert here) What are some SSC (start, stop, continue) items you can be working on? You got this! BLADE Air posts 13.8% revenue growth in Q1 2024 BLADE Air Mobility has announced topline growth of 13.8% to $51.5m in first quarter (Q1) results, following significant growth in the sales revenue from its medical business. Revenue breakdown showed medical business contributed nearly 70% total to the topline. Revenue from the medical business clocked in at $36m, up 34% from the same period last year. While the medical segment saw stellar growth, revenue from the Blade's passenger segment declined by 16% to $15.5m compared with $18.5m in the same period last year.
