PHI Air Medical is proud to announce the expansion of its strategic partnership with Flight Vector, enhancing its operational capabilities and service efficiency. Currently, PHI Air Medical leverages FV Flight Operations to streamline communication for fixed-wing, rotorcraft, and ground assets through advanced tracking and dispatching systems. This expanded collaboration aims to further simplify operational tasks, allowing clinicians to focus more on patient care.
Jordan Lewis, Vice President of Supply Chain at PHI Air Medical, expressed excitement about the partnership expansion: "This expansion not only reinforces our commitment to providing exceptional service but also underscores our dedication to efficiently meeting the evolving needs of our customers."
By integrating additional Flight Vector offerings, PHI Air Medical will consolidate 13 internal software systems, significantly reducing the potential for data entry errors. This integration will centralize flight and safety quality information, enhancing the visibility of the Operational Control Center and Communications. As a result, dispatch efficiency will increase, and aircraft tracking will improve, ensuring better service delivery and patient safety.
Scot Cromer, Founder and CEO of Flight Vector, shared his enthusiasm: "Flight Vector is thrilled about this developing partnership with PHI Air Medical. This collaboration will enable us to constantly work toward improving the performance and capabilities of medical air transport together, keeping the safety of patients at the core of what we do."
The partnership will also provide Flight Vector with valuable input from the PHI team, increasing its capabilities in the market. "We are proud of our partnership with Flight Vector and look forward to furthering our innovation over the coming years," added Jordan Lewis. "For years, PHI has been an industry leader, and Flight Vector shares our dedication to safety, making them the ideal partner as we look forward."
