Saw this today and it stopped me in my tracks. I wish we would use all of our creativity and innovative thinking to build a better way to work instead of building devices that alleviate the literal pain of being tethered to a desk for 60 hours a week. We have the technology and brainpower to make work less detrimental for people. Let's use it to unshackle people from traditional ways of working instead of putting a bandaid on the bigger problem of how-work-happens being misaligned with how we should be living and enjoying life as humans. I saw a gap in this area and I started We Are Rosie to build the company and tech to align work with people's expertise, passions, and desire for flexibility. Who else is out there building a better way to work?? How can we use technology to give workers more freedom (and in turn, creativity and ability to innovate) instead of squeezing more work from them?
