We are thrilled to have Kim share all about Health Esteem at the #IEC2024 Conference!
We’ve all heard of self-esteem, but have you heard of health esteem? One is how you feel about yourself and the other entails action steps to increase your self-worth, setting intentions of positive thinking/living, and creating healthy habits for life. When employees struggle with Health Esteem they can be distracted, unfocused, and even depressed which can manifest to less production, attendance issues and safety concerns. As leaders we need to promote health esteem to ensure employees are aware of the differences between Self Esteem and Health Esteem and perhaps even gentle guide them through the process. .
Kim's presentation will share simple strategies to improve your health esteem in your day-to-day life.
Learning Objectives:
1.Define Health Esteem & it’s differences with Self Esteem
2.Identify how to improve Health Esteem in at least 10 areas of your life
3.Create an action plan for improvement in areas you’d like to improve.
4. Implement the tools necessary for employees and organizational leadership alike to embrace the action steps to move from toward Health Esteem.
