#AI in healthcare is not just for doctors, it helps ops leaders reduce administrative burden as well. At Carbon Health we utilize LLMs to - summarize phone calls, categorize them and identify those with visit intent or requiring clinical follow up - we surface these reports (as well as raw transcripts + audio) to leads to help coach frontline teams and follow up with patients as appropriate This technology helps us do something we couldn't do before; measure what % of patients are calling who intend to visit, and how often that intent turns into an actual visit. We also use this as a signal (among other things) to increase or decrease staffing at a clinic in response to patient demand Almost 50k phone conversations were summarized + categorized in the last 30 days utilizing AI. Without it, ops and clinical leaders would have to read or listen to hundreds of hours of calls each month. - would be great if you also include feedback and complaint surveys to send through different channels ( sms, whatsapp, email) - Integrated with CRM - Gather the responses to reports with numbers NPS, CSAT and CES - After time it could also provide data about which branch and which division in which season was the most crucial one with more complaints for example
