The Cancer Research UK National Biomarker Centre is officially open, and we celebrated with a launch event on Friday 👏 The Centre is at the forefront of developing and testing biomarkers that could detect cancers earlier, predict relapse and optimise treatment for people affected by cancer. We got a sneak peek of the state-of-the-art facilities and heard from Professor Caroline Dive. CBE (Director of the National Biomarker Centre), Nic Jones (Cancer Research UK Manchester Centre) and Susan Galbraith (AstraZeneca). We also viewed posters showcasing some of the groundbreaking biomarker research happening. Find out more about the centre 👉 https://bit.ly/3V5VGke
