Understand your target audience. Everyone is not your customers. Focus on the niche and scale it from there. 2. USP or Unique selling proposition If you offer a perfect service or product and there are lots of other companies that do the same and at the same quality, it's not that easy to boost your sales. But when you give real value to your clients, you win their loyalty 3. Understand why Customers buy and what influences their buying decision We only see one way of increasing sales, and it is also the simplest way.
