MST, MDI and APS A3 We do like an initialism and this week has been full of them 😊 Starting with our in person Maintenance Steering Team (MST) meeting at Scarborough looking at the maintenance review, current projects and focus areas. On Tuesday we had the MDI (McCain Driving Impact) kick off at Wombourne, an incredible event showcasing the program, elements and management systems. There's a lot of work ahead but the Wombourne team are incredible and I know we will quickly be seeing the benefits, engagement and improvements. Failure investigation is so important and the Advanced Problem Solving (APS) A3 tool allows our teams to use root cause analysis techniques to get to the root cause and put counter measures in place to eliminate reoccurrence. It was great to see our team's investigation and involvement of subject matter experts. #McCainDrivingImpact #WeAreMcCain #CreatingEmpoweredTeams
