Our plant-based Whitefish Filet is based on pea and fava bean protein and meets the highest standards. And yet it’s so easy in terms of manufacturing. All you need is a bowl chopper, cutting and forming machines, and a cooking chamber. fiildFish P 141504 is the main component of a two-stage production process, which gives it the fish-like laminar structure. Since the products show great freeze-thaw stability, the concept is ideally suited for the ready-meal sector. A great variety of applications are possible including white fish filet, fish fingers and fish nuggets. Not to forget different types of “Schlemmerfilet” – an established frozen fish category in Germany, consisting of a block of fish filet in an aluminium tray with a topping, for example herbs, vegetables or Mediterranean sauce.
