The Resources Building Renovation Project is in full swing. 🏗️ The RBR Project includes a comprehensive teardown of the 17-story 657,000-sqft building located at 1416 Ninth Street in downtown Sacramento. The project aims to protect the health and safety of the building's occupants as well as extending the life of the building by addressing deficiencies and upgrading infrastructure. 🏢 This week, crews placed the final curtain wall panels of phase one, with the hoist area expected to be complete this fall. 🛠️
