LiveLink Aerospace Ltd conducted a passive drone detection demonstration today for the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD) and private clients. This demonstration showcased the complete kill chain, encompassing detection, tracking, identification, and neutralisation of drones using the Orion drone interceptor. The Orion system is particularly suitable for scenarios where radio frequency (RF) or kinetic defeat methods are not viable options. iRed ® - A Volatus Aerospace Company Andrew Good (ICT Tech) TMIET National Infrastructure Commission UK Home Office Met Police Uk National Grid GLASTONBURY FESTIVALS LIMITED SEGURIDAD FEDERAL. 💥🙌 Rheinmetall and Anduril Industries will jointly design and manufacture a layered counter-drone system for European customers. The agreement will integrate Rheinmetall’s Skymaster and Anduril’s Lattice command and control systems into the American company’s Sentry surveillance tower, Wisp sensors, and Anvil kinetic interceptor. "This cooperation will showcase the most innovative C-sUAS system – combining the strength of Rheinmetall military capabilities and the cutting edge development speed of Anduril,” Rheinmetall Air Defence CEO Oliver Duerr remarked. Anduril said the partnership will support the team’s objectives in providing a “systematic approach” comprising a wide sensor and effector mix for European users. “The pace of warfare is accelerating at the speed of technology development,” Anduril Global Defence SVP Gregory Kausner stated. “Global defence forces must face a rapidly evolving set of threats from both emerging unmanned systems and legacy manned platforms.” #military #army #defense #defence #defenseindustry #defenceindustry #defensetech #defencetech #militarytech #technology #innovation #drone #drones #counterdrone #counterdronetechnology #uas #cuas #rheinmetall #anduril #airdefense #airdefence

Commander Zaluzhnyi has released an expert paper on the reality of the war in Ukraine and the need for our unified industry to adapt to the situation at hand. - Simultaneous en-masse use of cheap unmanned aerial target simulators and attack UAVs in a single combat formation in order to overload the enemy's air defence system, mislead the enemy about the number of real targets in the raid and expose elements of the enemy's air defence system. - Building up local GPS fields to improve the operation of precision guided munition navigation tools; increasing the share of tasks on counter-battery, which are solved by reconnaissance and fire complexes based on kamikaze drones. - Mini tunnel excavator with a drill, Rapid Burrowing Robot (RBR), empty hoses for the injection of gaseous or liquid explosives, missiles with a fuel-air explosive for breaching mine barriers. It will be interesting how industry giants such as Lockheed Martin, RTX, and Rheinmetall deal with these obstacles. US Army, US Navy, United States Marine Corps and NATO may bring out new contracts for such capabilities.

On Sunday, the Pakistan Air Force (PAF) unveiled the modernization of its aerial division, showcasing Turkish we*aponry, including drones, in commemoration of the birth anniversary of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, the Father of the Nation. A two-and-a-half-minute documentary titled "Pakistan Air Force on the Path to Modernization" featured the Akıncı and Bayraktar TB2 unmanned combat aerial vehicles (UCAVs), as well as JF-17 Block III and J-10C military jets, recently incorporated into its arsenal this year. The JF fighter aircraft series is a collaborative effort between Pakistan and China. In a statement, the Pakistan Air Force emphasized that Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah played a crucial role in uniting oppressed Muslims and guiding them towards the establishment of a separate and independent homeland. The video underscored the tireless efforts of Jinnah, stating that the nation breathes in a free state today due to his visionary leadership. Earlier in the year, Pakistan's secretary for defense production, Humayun Aziz, mentioned that Turkey and Pakistan would enhance their collaboration, particularly in the fields of unmanned aerial vehicles and advanced fighters. Aziz highlighted the progress in submarines and shipbuilding and mentioned ongoing joint projects in small arms and other military endeavors. #Pakistan #Air #Force #Turkey #Drones #Fleet

Pentagon drone swarm strategy aims to counter Chinese military GABRIEL DOMINGUEZ Sep 6, 2023 The Pentagon has unveiled a radical new strategy focused on fielding thousands of cheap, smart and autonomous war drones across multiple domains within 18 to 24 months to counter China’s military advantage in personnel and manned equipment and deter a potential invasion of Taiwan. Named “Replicator,” the initiative is meant to help the United States “overcome the PRC's (People Republic of China’s) biggest advantage, which is mass: more ships, more missiles, more people," U.S. Deputy Secretary of Defense Kathleen Hicks told a conference in Washington late last month. Hicks spoke of leveraging “'attritable,' autonomous systems” that are “less expensive, put fewer people in the line of fire, and can be changed, updated or improved with substantially shorter lead times.” Attritable systems refer to platforms that are expendable, unmanned and built affordably, allowing military commanders to take higher risks in employing them.
