The greatest prison people live in is the fear of what other people think - David Icke   National Coming Out Day is October 11th. 🌈   It can be very tough for some to live their truth. Depending on where you live, it can be downright dangerous. Our #transgender and #nonbinary communities are especially vulnerable.   Here are some resources for those who are struggling to come out.   🌈 The Trevor Project: This organization provides crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ+ youth. The Human Rights Campaign analyzed the disability core questions in the 2020 Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS), a nationally a nationally representative survey of adults across the United States, and found that 36% of LGBTQ+ adults self-reported having a disability, compared with 24% of non-LGBTQ+ adults.
