We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Analytics Engineer to join our team. As the Lead Analytics Engineer, you will play a critical role in overseeing and executing analytical initiatives while managing a team of three direct reports. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented group of professionals and contribute to the success of our clients' recruitment efforts. Responsibilities: Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to a team of four Analytics Engineers. Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment, encouraging professional growth and ensuring team members meet their objectives. Reporting and Visualization: Create datasets which can be used in our BI Tool, Looker, to allow users to design and create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate analytical findings to internal stakeholders and clients. Ensure data is performant to meet the needs of our users SQL Development: Write and optimize SQL code in DBT to transform and analyze large datasets efficiently. Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust data models and pipelines that support business requirements. Airflow DAG Maintenance: Design, develop, and maintain Airflow DAGs in Python to orchestrate data workflows and automation processes. Ensure the stability and reliability of DAGs, monitor their execution, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. Technical Expertise: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in analytics and data engineering. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on advanced analytical methodologies and tools. Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including Data Engineering, Product Development, and Customer Facing Application Teams, to integrate analytics solutions and ensure seamless data flow across systems.
